December 23, 2020

First Apartment Checklist

You discovered the ideal place with the optimal layout for your first apartment. Now, you filled out the contract, put your stuff in boxes, and you’re ready for moving day. However, knowing what to bring with you can be hard. What should be on your first apartment checklist for Sylvania?

Here’s a checklist of the basics that you should have when you move in. You might be able to bring some of these checklist items from your childhood home, but for other pieces you might need to visit IKEA or Sylvania’s local furniture warehouse. Online stores such as Amazon are always helpful. We’ll also provide you with a short list of extra items that can make living on your own a little better.
