SOMO welcomes most breeds of pets to our Sylvania apartment community. Pets bigger than 50 lbs must live on the first floor or in select second floor apartments. There is a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly charge for pet owners.

Yes. There is a fee of $4,500 in order to break the lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 if you’re able to give a 60 day notice.
Yes, SOMO and all other J.C. Hart communities require a credit check to be performed during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required that is used to cover the application, personal screening, and processing charges related to a new lease.

No, we do not let Residents prepay their full lease. Rent is to be paid monthly, on the first of each month.
